The open plan living space combines a lounge, dining room with a majestic eight-seat marble dining table, and the main Western-style kitchen. The lounge features a sizable leather sofa and a flat-screen TV with international satellite channels. There is another smaller lounge area on the lower level equipped with a sofa and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with international channels.

There are two kitchens at the villa. The main one is in the heart of the living area, featuring white marble countertops and wooden units. High-end appliances include a coffee machine, two double-door refrigerators with freezers, a kettle, toaster and a three-ring electric stove. The second kitchen is located in the lower-level living area, also featuring an array of high quality appliances that include an oven and a microwave. This space can be used as a kids’ lounge, or utilised for cooking classes.

The four bedrooms are large, each distinctly designed and furnished for total comfort. All of them have en suite bathrooms, double beds, wooden floors, wardrobe spaces and flat-screen TVs.
