The studio is outfitted with a king-size bed, tasteful décor, and soft lighting that create a relaxing ambience. A private balcony lets you step outside and take in some fresh air.

The space includes a kitchenette featuring a refrigerator and a microwave. The ensuite bathroom is modern and efficient, blending functionality with style, though modest in size.

Beyond the studio’s walls, the building and its surroundings offer easy access to Pattaya’s attractions, dining, and nightlife. Food land and Harbor mall are few steps away. You’ll benefit from staying in a centrally located property while enjoying your own private sanctuary.

As a guest of Luxe Residence, you will have access to the rooftop pool located on the 4th floor. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
The room is accessible without passing through a lobby, for further privacy, except for check-in. The place is guest-friendly.
