  • Smoking indoors forbidden. 2,000 baht fine per time for breaking the rule.
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Please reduce noises after 22:00
  • Please cooperate by wearing a swimsuit or a colored outfit that does not fall into the swimming pool. Violators will be fined 600 baht per person.
  • If the guest does not clean the kitchen appliances, the house will charge a 1,000 baht fine on the day of check-out.
  • In the event of a power outage, water shortage, or poor Wi-Fi signal caused by natural disasters or external systems, the accommodation cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise. The accommodation wishes to inform you that it cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise in this regard, as they are caused by external factors beyond the control of the accommodation.
  • Illegal items, drugs, and gambling of any kind are prohibited in the accommodation.
  • The accommodation is not responsible for any injuries to residents.

  • If there are more guests than booked, the house reserves the right to charge 1,000 baht per person.

  • 50% deposit at reservation, 50% (balance) 31 days before check-in.
การยกเลิก
  • Deposit is non-refundable. No refund for cancellation within 31 days before check-in.
  • Once payment is made, the date of stay or booking details cannot be changed. If you postpone or change, a service fee of 500-1,000 baht will be charged.
  • Note: bank service charges or currency change fees (if apply) are deducted from the refunded amounts.
