The villa’s relaxing pool area is landscaped with stone features and mature palm trees. There is an outdoor shower area, and a shaded terrace containing tables and seating.

This handsome abode spreads over three levels and features unique design and imaginative details. Modern artwork, distinctive furniture and striking lamps adorn the whole of the villa, and the subtle décor in the main living area makes this a really comfortable space. It features a a large sofa, a modern steel coffee table, a large, wall-mounted flat screen television, and a glass writing table with matching stool.

Three bedrooms offer double beds while one has two single beds. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, televisions and air conditioning, and they are furnished to the highest standard. The master suite also offers a spacious changing area with wall to floor wardrobes. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with a basin, toilet, shower and superior tiling; the master bathroom also features a raised bathtub. There is a guest bathroom off the main kitchen area.
 
There are two kitchens at the villa. The main kitchen is particularly spacious and appealing with a unique breakfast bar island. The formal 8-place dining suite is in the main living area and is a wonderfully comfortable environment for any meal. An excellent choice of patios around the villa offer al-fresco dining options.
